CLN Energy, founded on October 1, 2019, is focused on producing eco-friendly products aimed at reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainability. The company manufactures customized lithium-ion batteries, motors, and powertrain components for electric vehicles (EVs), including controllers, throttles, DC-DC converters, displays, and differentials. CLN Energy caters to both mobility applications, such as electric two, three, and four-wheelers, as well as stationary applications like solar energy storage systems (ESS) and telecommunications. Their products also include tailored lithium-ion battery packs for various uses. The company operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Pune, Maharashtra, covering a combined area of 63,000 sq. ft.

CLN Energy’s manufacturing operations have a substantial production capacity. The Noida and Pune facilities together can produce up to 168 MWh per year in cell grading, 358 MWh in cell sorting, and 130 MWh in overall battery manufacturing for two-wheelers.
