Patel Retail Limited, incorporated in 2008, is a retail supermarket chain primarily serving tier-III cities and suburban regions, with a focus on Maharashtra and Gujarat. Operating under the brand name “Patel’s R Mart,” the company had 43 stores as of May 31, 2025, with a total retail area of around 1,78,946 sq. ft. The stores offer a wide assortment of food, non-food (FMCG), general merchandise, and apparel. To enhance margins and build brand identity, Patel Retail has launched several private label products, including “Patel Fresh” for pulses and ready mixes, “Indian Chaska” for spices and ghee, “Blue Nation” for men’s wear, and “Patel Essentials” for home improvement items.

Supporting its operations are three key manufacturing facilities. The Ambernath facility handles processing and packaging of grocery and private label products, while the Kutch Facilities in Gujarat, which include Facility 2 and a large Agri-Processing Cluster, focus on agri-product processing and storage.
