About Company
Incorporated in 2004, PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery operates in the jewellery segment under the brand name Reva. The product portfolio includes rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, solitaires, bangles, bracelets, mangalsutra, nose rings, and chains crafted using diamonds and precious and semi precious stones set in gold and platinum. As of September 30, 2025, the portfolio comprised 13 distinct jewellery collections supported by an in house design team along with curated selections sourced from third party manufacturers and karigars.
As on the date of the RHP, presence extended to 34 stores across 25 cities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka, covering a total area of 647.15 running feet. Store operations follow multiple models including franchise owned company operated, franchise owned franchise operated, and company owned company operated formats to serve diverse customer segments and occasions.
